Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Custom or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team

Include your order number and reason for return

Step 2: Receive your return authorization
We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 24 hours

Step 3: Pack and ship your return
Securely package the item with all original materials
Include your RA number inside the package
Ship using the prepaid label we provide (for eligible returns)

Return Shipping

Free Returns: We provide free return shipping for defective items, wrong items shipped, or our errors.

Customer Returns: For returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility ($7.99 flat rate).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund:

Processing Time: 5-7 business days after receiving the return
Refund Method: Original payment method
Refund Amount: Full purchase price (shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error)

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color:

  1. Contact us at support@alphamedical.shop with your order number
  2. Specify the item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like instead
  3. We'll send you instructions and a prepaid shipping label
  4. Once we receive your return, we'll ship your replacement immediately

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Take photos of the defect or damage
  2. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  3. Email the photos to support@alphamedical.shop with your order number
  4. We'll arrange for a free replacement or full refund immediately

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, we apologize for the error! Contact us immediately at support@alphamedical.shop and we'll:

  • Send you the correct item at no charge
  • Provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
  • Expedite shipping on your correct order
