Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free shipping on orders over $150
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 6-8 business days
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada: 7-14 business days | Starting at $9.99
- Europe: 10-21 business days | Starting at $15.99
- Asia & Pacific: 14-28 business days | Starting at $19.99
- Other Regions: Please contact us for a shipping quote
Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
- Contacting our customer service team for assistance
Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to:
- Morocco - We do not offer delivery to Morocco at this time
- P.O. Boxes for express or priority shipping
- APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for alternative arrangements)
- Certain remote or restricted areas
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 3 days. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at support@alphamedical.shop. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Wrong Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
