Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe: 10-21 business days | Starting at $15.99
  • Asia & Pacific: 14-28 business days | Starting at $19.99

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time by:

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • Morocco - We do not offer delivery to Morocco at this time
  • P.O. Boxes for express or priority shipping
  • APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for alternative arrangements)
  • Certain remote or restricted areas

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 3 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at support@alphamedical.shop. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Wrong Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
