How to Use

1. Adjust collar height by adding/removing foam inserts until chin rests comfortably on top
2. Position collar with front chin support centered under jaw, back support at base of skull

4. Adjust tightness - should be snug enough to restrict movement without choking or restricting breathing
5. Ensure collar does not press on throat (Adam's apple area should not be constricted)

Care Instructions

Remove foam liner from plastic frame. Hand wash foam with mild soap and water. Wipe plastic frame with disinfectant wipe. Air dry foam completely before reassembly (have spare liner for continuous wear). Clean daily during acute phase use. Replace foam when compressed or loses shape. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
