General Sizing Guide

Please measure carefully for best fit. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Size Measurement Range
S Small (check product description)
M Medium (check product description)
L Large (check product description)
XL Extra Large (check product description)

How to Measure

  1. Use a flexible tape measure - A soft measuring tape gives the most accurate results.
  2. Measure directly on skin - For best accuracy, measure without clothing if possible.
  3. Keep tape level - Ensure the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
  4. Don't pull too tight - The tape should be snug but not compressing your skin.
  5. Measure twice - Take two measurements to confirm accuracy.

Between sizes? We recommend choosing the larger size for comfort and better circulation.

  • Drop Foot Correction: Maintains foot in neutral position, preventing toe drag and improving gait quality
  • Stroke Recovery: Essential mobility aid for post-stroke rehabilitation and hemiplegia management
  • Comfortable Design: Airbag padding reduces pressure points common in traditional rigid AFOs
  • Fits in Shoes: Low-profile design works with most athletic shoes and walking shoes

  • Hemiplegia and hemiparesis
  • Peroneal nerve damage or palsy
  • Multiple sclerosis (MS) foot drop

How to Use

  4. Secure foot strap across top of foot
  5. Fasten ankle strap snugly
  6. Attach calf strap (firm but not tight)
  7. Use hand pump to inflate airbag to comfortable pressure
  8. Ensure foot is at 90-degree angle to leg
  9. Put on athletic shoe or walking shoe
  10. Adjust airbag pressure as needed throughout day

Airbag Adjustment

Morning: May need less inflation
Afternoon: Increase if swelling develops
After Activity: Adjust for comfort and support needs
